Hey there! I didn't wake up one day and decide to be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist it just sort of, happened. Back in 2007, I decided to make healthier changes to my lifestyle and said goodbye to food obsession and disordered eating habits. It was hard work, but it was one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life. I lost 70 pounds (the right way), but I gained so much more in confidence, self-reflection, and patience. Now, as a health professional, I want to help you find your best and healthiest self. My philosophy with FoodBalance is to help you break the crazy diet trap and learn to balance out the food in your life. It's time to LIVE again.
